You are here & holding fresh, nay the freshest opportunities in your hands. This is it! This is your time!
Today will happen with or without what you have to offer.. but man how much better would it be if you decided to be fully present & fully active. How much sweeter would it be if people caught a glimpse of your smile, or received a kind word from you? What if the next step or steps you take today in bettering yourself are some of the most memorable & thought provoking?
Today’s here for you to find out.
As you prepare for your day, this day.... there’s something I think it’d be cool to try.
Let’s form a vision of our best self, one who has accomplished at least one thing you’re working on right now. Think about that “you”... in depth & detail, not just where they are but who they are.
Consciously think about that version of you, the one you’re working to let’s say, before you leave the house, throughout the day, and before bed.
But... as you live out today, as you think about that self also try to show up as that “you”. When you leave the house, wherever you have to be throughout the day, and when you get home, try being the best you now... and see how it feels.
Agh, wow last night/this morning was my last *full night shift & it was just that.. full. So busy in an incredible way and promise I will share when I get a chance to get it all down. I have one more night shift (a short one) so bittersweet.
Right now, before sleep takes over... I have to tell you all good morning! It is Wednesday!
Midweek! So who are you checking in on? What do you need today to feel your best, do your best, be your best? We can’t help/love on others or fill others up when we are empty, so acknowledge your needs... then go acknowledge someone else’s.
Exercise those two crucial muscles (mind & heart) within and without of yourself today. Let’s be more human!
Alright! Quick turnaround! No more nights just really early mornings now!
So I don’t blame you if you’re still asleep but for those who aren’t & when the rest wake up... Good morning!
It is Thursday already!
What do you want to accomplish today! What are your small goals that carry big meaning? What significant step can be taken? Why would taking that step be beneficial and for whom would it be beneficial?
You have a big purpose.. you as a whole & the life you’re living but there is purpose in each day as well. Don’t forget to acknowledge it.
