Oct. 28- Nov. 1, 2019
Good morning! Last Monday of the month, friends...
What sort of changes have been made this month, what realizations, what progress, what efforts, what values practiced, what good has been done by you or for you???
Make today a part of that.. whether it be the beginning or a continuation. Keep fine tuning your perspective, your mind, your heart for the better.
Give today your very best thus far.
Alright friends, what’s your positive self talk for the day. What’s the mantra?
Whether it been a while or you’ve never done it... you should try starting the day with a few statements to get your mind made up on the kind of day & energy you want to have.
My usual is:
-something I’m thankful for
-something good about myself (or a few when I need it)
-something I’d like to do differently
Create that positive launch pad for yourself, for your day.. no matter if it’s the same structure every day or you switch it up. But do give yourself that minute or two when you get up to be encouraged, remember your purpose, and have some peace.

It’s Wednesday, friends! Today is the day to pause, to assess, to appreciate, to alter whatever may need be.
(give that mantra another run this morning)
Today is for sharing warmth, kindness, understanding, a listening ear, and whatever other good acts might lift both your spirit and those of the people you encounter.
Today is for acknowledging the us, the we in life... that which is within ourselves and the individuals beyond ourselves.
So shake a hand or say a kind word.
It’s the last day of October & this means a lot! BUT I’d like to take this opportunity to make one last call to action for Domestic Violence Awareness Month. October may be coming to an end but continue to educate yourself and others on what domestic violence is/looks like, the resources available, and the practice of HEALTHY love (for self and others).
You are beautiful, capable & worthy! You can love & believe me, you are loved!
Go conquer today in confidence & with peace!
