Good afternoon, beautiful people!
Sorry for the delay (long drive)! I hope your morning was good... today has really flown by (for me at least).
What are you hoping to get out of today? How are you starting your week, in what mental, emotional, physical state? What might you be able to do to kick this week off with more peace, motivation, or whatever it is you need to be grounded and active??
Spend some time thinking of these things, preparing your mind and heart for how you want to be and live in this week.
Today will be different. I would like to encourage as much interaction and peace seeking as possible. Who are the people around you are most connected to? Who do you reach out to when you’re in need of comfort?
Do what it takes to keep in mind what it means to be human, that is what you are, and that is what everyone around you is as well. It ought not be so difficult to view ourselves and one another this way.

Take a deep breath in and let it out. Then, imagine how you want to feel today, how you would like to make others (who interact with you) feel today?
Let your good intentions of your mind and heart guide your actions... let it do more than guide let it be the truest and greatest influence on them.
