Good morning! Hope the weekend was good to you & for you! We are here, friends.. We stand at the starting line of our week and today is in your hands. Don’t be afraid to want the most out of it. Don’t be afraid to be willing to give your most to it. Your contribution is just as significant as your spoils from today. #mondaysmatter #challenge TUESDAY Hiiii! Good morning! Time for Tuesday... I’m sure we all have various thoughts, questions, ideas bouncing around in our minds at all times. It’s easy for the mind to become & remain busy throughout a day, but... I’d like you to consider just one thought, one question, or one idea you’ve had recently and make some time to allow yourself to explore it, expound on it. Find someone to talk it through with or maybe write it down and just keep writing.. Maybe you have a way it could be expressed do that, or just follow it down a rabbit hole by reading into it or looking it up. Whatever & however you decide. Take the liberty of choosing something to focus on for a few minutes (or hours if you got them) and let yourself be changed by it... at the very least a little more knowledgeable and then find a way to share it. #challenge WEDNESDAY Good morning! That time of the week again, friends! Today is for your pause. Pause to consider how tight your grasp is to expectations, how high is your guard,how fixed you are to your “plans”... Pause to imagine what today (just today, one day at a time) might be like if you loosened that grip on your expectations of not only yourself but others, if you let that guard down just a bit to let some fresh air/company/humanity in (and out), if you took one foot off the steady ground that is all of your plans and allow the day to contribute to your journey as you contribute to the day. What might today look & feel like? What might your interactions and relationships look & feel like? Today is for finding out. #challenge THURSDAY Hello hello! Good morning! How are those morning mantras going? No I didn’t forget & hopefully you’ve been able to construct your own self talk for those first moments of the day. Keep doing it! As for the rest of your day, pick a virtue.. a good act or gesture to practice consistently today. Something you can do or say to anyone that brings some peace & kindness into that moment, that interaction. See what that does for you Thursday in the midst of our many tasks and obligations. #challenge FRIDAY Good morning! Happy Friday, friends! Take a deep breath. (get that self talk going). Relax the mind and the heart, and allow only the good & the gratitudes from today fill them up. If you need a kickstart, take a few minutes to recall some of your best & brightest experiences or relationships. Recall them out loud & see if you don’t catch yourself smiling, feeling warm. Today is all yours and you know how to steward this time, your energy, and your efforts well. So go on & do it.
