I hope you all enjoyed your holiday! I’m sure we’re all moving a bit slower today than usual thanks to all that good eating.
Whatever the pace, let’s get up with continued thanksgiving & get out to help today move along it’s own unique course.
Your best is still very much needed & even if it’s too tough a day for that, you being here is still appreciated!

Rise and shine, cause the sun is taking its sweet time lol. Every day you get is significant & purposeful, but as today is the one we’re living out, it is critical.
Don’t let today roll by without finishing something you want to do, without saying something you’ve needed to say, without offering to serve someone you know needs it.
Add to what today has to offer you and others!
You already know what to do today! Take a moment or many moments to check out from your tasks, troubles, to dos, thoughts & check in with yourself and someone else!
Yesterday I started (emphasis on started) to do deliberate relaxation methods before studying, whenever my pets frustrate me lol, or before any strenuous activity. Just a little something to relax my body and mind before diving into any work. It’s been good. Whether it’s that or just breathing and reminding yourself of your own worth & goodness, or whatever makes you feel good be sure to make some time for it. Then go see how someone else is doing or if someone ups and decides to confide in you, be their soundboard & encourager today.
Let’s be an active part & proponent of our own health and that of others. We’re in this together, friends.

Good morning! I hope you’re all sleeping & feeling well. The week is marching on and hopefully so are you.
Reevaluate, refocus, dust yourself off and go after what you want out this day! The strongest, most binding limits are those we create for ourselves. What you believe about yourself is ultimately reflected in what you will allow yourself to strive for. So believe the best & go after the best because guess what, not only do you deserve it.... but you are capable of it.
