Hiiiiiii! Welcome! Good morning! How are you?! I know it’s Monday and you can pretend to hate it if you want but let’s be honest, how sweet is it to have this day....to be alive and well and present for all that today will deliver to you & all that you’ll contribute to it. How sweet is it to have the opportunity to engage with your loved ones and those around you, to be a source of positivity, encouragement, comfort or whatever kind service you are so great at providing. Monday’s are good. You know it. I know it. So let’s get after it! #mondaysmatter #challenge TUESDAY Hiiiiiiiiiii soooo it’s afternoon now... good afternoon friends! In need of my own pick me up today as this week has just the most happening all good but it’s a lot and sometimes that hard on the body and mind too! So here’s a friendly reminder for me and anyone else that might need whether that be this week or next year.... good things are exhausting. It is okay to be tired or take a moment to rest/collect yourself or treat yourself when you feel this way. Just because you feel a little stress or over extended in the face of fortune does not mean you aren’t grateful or excited... we have to take care of ourselves so that we have the literal mental/emotional/physical health first so that we can appreciate and respond to life’s UPS AND DOWNS! (Not just downs). So be good to yourself so that you can take in all the good around you with peace! #challenge WEDNESDAY Good morning, friends! Wednesday is here! Take several pauses (or as many as you desire) today! Before you leave the house, before you interact with anyone, between meals, in transit, wherever you go today, whatever you do.... there is time to stop, acknowledge, and appreciate. Each day could always stand to have a little more good being done & spoken between us. Be a part of that. Make your mark in that. Live & love well today. #challenge **also it’s morning! So happy to have a minute to pause and do this “on time” today! Teehee! It’s the little things! THURSDAY hello! Good morning! Today is yours! No one else has control or power over how you seize this time you’ve been granted, how you choose to live it out, what you have to offer it, or if it’s good or bad. No one should have that kind of power over your time. It’s precious. The negativity and naysaying is more a reflection of how they have decide to let their day be and how they choose to respond to it.
