Welcome to a new week and new day!
Rise, take a deep breath, and smile... you are here & you are needed. Whatever you do today, wherever today takes you, you are making a contribution to the energy around you and the experience of those you encounter.
What kind of influence do you want to have? Because you do have influence. What kind of experience would you like to be a part of? Because where there is at least one person interacting with you, there’s a shared experience.
Consider these things.
This month has been very busy so far, and in the midst of it there have been these beautiful little moments that forced me to stop & really appreciate where I am in life and why I am where I am in life.
Whether it was a kind gesture, learning something new, an unexpected short talk with a friend... there are good things, sweet things in front of you desperate for your attention. So don’t give your sight & acknowledge away to misfortune or negativity so easily, mindlessly. I’m fact use your mind to direct your gaze to those little beauties your life does have, that today will have.

It’s midweek, friends! Find a quiet place, a quiet moment, sometime today to breathe deeply and remind yourself of you’re worth AND the worth of others.
Use today! Use it to further your growth, to reach out to that person you haven’t heard from in a while, to extend a kindness to the person next to you in line...
Be the most human today.

I hope you have had a great morning... Dropping in to just say hi and wish you well on this Thursday!
Be mindful of your words and body language as you go through your day, communicate what you actually want to be communicating. See how much you can remove the “sorry that’s not what I meant” or the repetitions. Speak slowly and intentionally instead of with impulsive automated responses. Hear people and react not just respond! Make your conversations count today!

I hope this week has delivered something to you that you didn’t know you needed, a kindness, an epiphany, a chance to be courageous or courteous... whatever it was, give yourself some time to dwell in that moment and contemplate why it was good/helpful/beneficial, what you learned from it, or how it influenced your thinking, actions, etc.
Today is good and you are such a significant part of that.
Enjoy your day, your weekend, and the persons with whom you have the privilege of sharing them. Take care.
