Good morning! Come one, come all!
We have fresh time on/in our hands right now. There are abundant opportunities knocking on your door, begging to be chose! Okay?
Don’t let a little work, effort, or obstacle keep you from taking hold of today. Don’t miss out on your day, this part of your story. It’s here for you, and not for nothing. Alright?
Up at ‘em, friends.
Yea I know what even is this hour, right?
Well you just read this at your leisure, or when your eyes are open for business aka for the day haha... but good morning still.
It’s Tuesday, early in the week but it deserves your full attention none the less. What will it take to make today stand out? What will it take to initiate or continue your process of growth?
No better day to find out!
Oh today is here! We’re here!
In the spirit of checking in, think about the last time someone surprised you (in a good way). The last time you received an unexpected call, kindness, or compliment. Think about how it made you feel.
Now I want to urge you to do two things with that:
1. Live in that memory today, that feeling.... knowing that there’s good out there and it may not always find you on “your time” but that doesn’t make it any less sweet.
2. Let it fuel you. Be a vessel for that sensation, let it be shared/delivered with every interaction. Or maybe do an intentional act of spontaneous kindness to someone, friend or passerby. Be not only a sink but a source of that feeling you’re living in. Let someone be surprised by you and your humanity.
Take a deep breath today (or several) and remember you are needed, loved, strong, capable, and different.
Your steps, your path, your story, your day.
Be in it.
