Good morning! After all the rain and thunder storms, it’s so nice to wake up to such a beautiful morning! I hope you all have enjoyed your weekend, your time spent doing whatever you were able to do with all the people able to be present for it. We are on a new wave. Today has plenty in store for you so long as you have every intention of getting up and doing after it. Let’s make today, worth talking about tomorrow. #mondaysmatter #challenge TUESDAY Hello hello!! Good morning! A little reminder for us all.... fear (first of shall not be capitalized) is a a great distractor. We all too often allow it to dictate our thoughts, speech, actions when we, ourselves, are inherently endowed with more power. Whatever you trust, whatever you believe in... trust it enough to progress, believe in it enough to confront & conquer your fear(s). This may take seconds, minutes, days, weeks, years, but the sooner you start... right? You are capable. You are powerful. You are more than any fear you may carry. #challenge WEDNESDAY Good morning!! Today is sort of like rounding the corner of the week. A good point to slow down a bit. Don’t want to turn too sharp or swerve too far out. What do corners do though? Once you make it around, your view changes for sure. (If you’re in Houston, your area code changes lol). All with one turn. What could change with today, for you? What changes have you been making/want to make? What’s already different about today? What might you do to contribute to it changing for the better for you or someone you encounter? Stuck in a rut, perhaps you let something in/about today change you, your view, your thought process. However you and today are made better. Let’s be sure to acknowledge others whether they have a hand in it or are simply a witness to todays’ progress. Extend a hand, kind word, or smile today with one another. Even the smallest of changes such as that carry great influence. #challenge THURSDAY Hi there! Good morning! Today awaits you. It may bear obstacles. It may bear inconveniences. But it will also bear reasons to laugh, good fortune big or small. It will bear the sweetest sort of unplanned occurrences should you be able to appreciate them. It will bear opportunity. It bears time to pause, to think, to rest, to go do, to speak, to listen, to be. Let’s not keep today waiting. #challenge FRIDAY Good morning & happy Friday! (It’s Friday, right? The days are blurring together for me lol) How’s this week been? How are you feeling? How are you sleeping? How are you participating and responding to all this week has offered (or thrown at) you? Today, make room for reflection. Make room for acknowledging mistakes, triumphs, growth, understanding, gratitude! Today wake up and take your walk through this time with your head up, with joy, with peace, with a willingness to inquire, listen, forgive, understand, empathize. Today is a good day to practice healthy living, to practice any and all virtues you that tempt you. Today is a good day.... and you have it.
