Memorial Day TUESDAY Good morning! Tuesday is here to get (or keep) your momentum going, friends. There are still opportunities presenting themselves, dreams worth chasing, differences worth making... Today is a part of the journey. So keep moving. #challenge WEDNESDAY Good morning! Welcome to Wednesday! Looks like we made it, friends.. In the spirit of unity, looking out for our fellow man, and exercising the best of human nature... I wanted to share these awesome resources my school gave us regarding the coronavirus. Today is a day for pausing, reflecting, acknowledging your needs as well as those of others. Today is about being most human, but our best human, seeking out what we need to be healthy, be better/do better, and aid others in that. Education is a part of that. We are always very quick to speak and slow to act or think. It is important to know there is good information available. Being informed as much as possible makes a great difference in not only how you navigate your life but how we navigate life alongside one another during times of great challenge and uncertainty. Do take care of yourself, your relationships... Be safe, be kind, be well but also be eager to be informed. #challenge THURSDAY Sick day FRIDAY Good morning! Happy Friday! Yesterday was a much needed day of rest so I owe you! Remember today is new and yours to use! Pause and reflect on your week or even just yesterday. Acknowledge when you accoooiish things, finish tasks, have a good moment or day... and consider change or adjustment where they are needed. Our days are complex and dynamic so do not chain yourself to one tone of thinking, feeling, and being. Be an activity participant in your time, the time you spend with others. Today is good, and I’m thankful for it and for you. There are many people that see you and appreciate you, that need you. So let’s start by acknowledging that, believing that. Enjoy your day and weekend. Be safe. Stay kind. Be kind. Stay safe. #TGIF+ #challenge
