*sigh... I honestly don't know what happened that morning or
to this post... blaming Step studies
Good morning!!! Oh sweet morning!
I had the worst sort of technical difficulties yesterday and it took everything not to throw this all devices in the trash lol....but so thankful to (with much help) be able to have function and take a minute to wish you all well.
I hope Monday was productive, peaceful, progressive... if it was a difficult day, I hope you persevered. No matter how it went, what matters is that you made it, and what you gained from it/contributed to it.
What from yesterday can be used to fuel your attitude, speech, actions, and while self for the better on this day?
You got fresh minutes, friends. Don’t waste ‘em!
“Hump day” has arrived, but I have a feeling we’re on already over it and on to the better part of this week with today.
Today, is no more an obstacle than days past, experiences past. But I can be more...
It can be and have more kindness, understanding, compassion, forgiveness, communication, reconciliation, beginnings, next steps, investments, encouragements, peace, learning, loving, truth telling........
Today can be and have more, if you’re willing to be and do more from where you are.
How are we?
Some days more than others, I know it can seem as if our worlds are spinning faster than the next person, or for a moment is more important than the next person’s... but it is not.
Is it important? Yes. Are you maybe without control in your situation? Yes. But the validity of your hardship does not negate that of anyone else’s.
So, as consumed by our own troubles as we are/can be, save a little room to at the very least acknowledge that another being might just be experiencing some of their own. Maybe save enough room to do more than acknowledge it?? Perhaps there’s already enough room for sharing, or encouraging, or listening? And we simply have to step into the space...

Phew! End of the week already! Whether it’s been hard, alright, or your best... how have you been? What have you been this week?
Today....Take a minute to go over a high and low moment and what you gained from either. Take a minute to remind yourself of why your life is more than “okay” despite your toughest point this week. Take a minute to say a few words of appreciation/love to those who are still with you. Take a moment for yourself, to breathe, rest, laugh, cry, scream, run, jump, or sit, etc.
Today... take your moments. They’re already being handed to you starting now. Today is full of them, all yours. Go be, say, do, feel. And be, say, do, feel with the best & brightest spirit you can offer, submerged in your truths, and without questioning you the authenticity/validity of your expression.
Enjoy day today, your weekend, all the beings you have the fortunate of interacting with throughout both. Take care , and take today.
