Good morning, friends! Today we are at another unique beginning. Something I’ve found helpful is stating what I hope to put in and get out of the day out loud. Just like verbalizing your gratitudes (a great way to start the morning) saying your hopes and desires for this day out loud helps position your spirit and perspective to better receive the good from today. e.g. If you want a great day, be great to it, look for great things, encourage greatness when you see it, be there to uplift someone and their day from good to great. If you want it, say it. #mondaysmatter #challenge TUESDAY Hello hello! Good morning! Think about the first words you’ll say or have said today & pay attention to the last ones. Write them down if you have to, look at them, think about them. Are they positive? Are they kind? Are they to someone or just aloud/a reaction? We do and say a lot throughout the course of our day? But there’s something incredibly significant about what expressions start and finish our day. Let’s make make today’s good, healthy, positive, loving, understanding.... #challenge WEDNESDAY Good morning! How are you? How is the person next to you? Or any of the people around you? Or your friends? Family? How are “we” today? No time like the present to inquire, am I right? Let’s use today to pay attention, look deeper, notice the details. Let’s use today to show and share our heart with someone. Let’s use today to be superhuman to one another (as in our best human, practicing the most virtues). Let’s use today to fuel ourselves the way we need so that we have the capacity to do so for someone else. Let’s use today to use our senses and our sense for good #challenge THURSDAY Good morning all! As the week continues, I really would like each of you to consider what worries you, what’s weighing on our heart, your stressors, your fears... Identify those things to yourself, to a friend or another person. Call them out and confront them. Acknowledge what it is that is truly responsible for your apprehension, doubt, your stagnancy, your avoidance. Acknowledge it/them and fight. Easier said than done, but it’s hard to act against the hi ha we choose to ignore. So in this case it will be easier done once it is said. Believe in yourself. So many already do. You’re capable and strong enough to move through this or whatever may come. #challenge FRIDAY Happy Friday, friends! Good morning! You made it! Another week at its end and still another day for you to live in, fully. Be mindful of all the influence you carry as you walk through it. Remember that all the good you do may not be rewarded with acknowledgement or gratitude (& that’s okay). Notice those people, their needs, their circumstances, their hardships, their value and values anyway. Today is the best day for these things because you have it... in your hands, at your feet.
