JUNE 22-26, 2020
Saying good afternoon instead of morning but I mean it just as much! Just had some morning school things but I hope you are up and already moving through this day.
Even if your day is just starting, there’s still room for taking a few moments to visualize and verbalize what you want to get out of this time, something you’d like to do, some way you’d like to be impactful...
Today is here and it’s yours
waste not, want not
Good morning, all!
Thinking of the things and people that mean most to me this morning... sometimes being away or isolated gets to you, but the mind holds the keys to lifting the heart.
Take care of your mind and your heart... keep them healthy, sharp, and accessible by using them often as with any muscle.
Midweek and in need of a push over the hump... This week has been moving slowly though time at large seems to be going all to quickly... Third year is almost over and the weight of applications and board exams is great... but today is a day, one day.
Today is not for handling all things or worrying over all things... only what is enough for a day.
Today is for pausing and remembering that you have what you need to get “over the hump” of this week... and should you feel that you aren’t fully equipped, seeking help as you need it... looking to those around you, those that care for you, those that are willing to aid.
Today is for extending ourselves just a bit more than the average day toward those around us, those that care for us, those that may not be able to aid us.
Today is for being our most human and hopefully our best self.
Making our way through this week... moving onward and upward, I hope.
You cannot be ready for everything but you can be ready for anything, because anything happening is the only sure thing...
Practice being ready to receive with open minds and hearts what today has in store for you.
Hello hello hello
Good morning, Happy Friday!
We are here.. You made it to the week’s end and now it’s time to make something of it.
What has happened this week? What are you working on? Who has impacted you? Who/how are you influencing?
Take time to not only reflect but contemplate. Take time to count blessings in the midst of difficulty. Take time to heal, to rest, to do and be whatever it is you actually need to do and be. Each day your choices are your own. Being true to yourself is the surest way to be true with others.
Enjoy your day and weekend.
Be kind. Stay safe.
