Hello!! Good morning! In here a little earlier than usual ( this may become the new norm)... but hopefully this can still serve as a peaceful and uplifting moment in your morning whenever it starts. As you gather yourself for Monday, for the week’s earliest opportunities... close your eyes for a few seconds, inhale and exhale deeply, then smile.... don’t find a reason first just do it.... and you’ll be surprised how many of the reasons you have come flooding your mind and body. You day will start and end with you so be good to you.. be healthy, be kind, be grateful, be aware. Let’s get this week started right. #mondaysmatter #challenge TUESDAY Good morning! What is one thing you could work on, improve, practice more of today? Why do we often feel we have to reach certain points in life or certain criteria to be better or do better? Wasting valuable days and opportunities to live as the best versions of ourselves or seek happiness... No more. Take this Tuesday and live in it and for it, 100%, doing and being the best you can! #challenge WEDNESDAY Hiiiiii! Good morning, everybody! Hope you’re settling into this week well! We have reached our checkpoint, our pause, our designated break if you will. Today’s the day to (if you haven’t already each day so far) stop and not only recognize but remember your OWN humanity and the humanity of OTHERS! Yes, you are here today, at home, at work, at the grocery store, at school what have you... but so is a mega WE! So let’s not pretend to not see anyone. Let’s acknowledge one another. Heck, perhaps even more than just acknowledge one another! I know crazy right?! But hear me out because there’s something to it. People say go the extra mile and if you can YES do that! But how even just going a couple extra feet, or being just a little bit more attentive, intentional, kind, willing, etc than yesterday. It won’t subtract from your day that’s for sure but it could definitely add to someone else’s. #challenge THURSDAY Hello friends! Good morning! How has this week been so far? What have we learned or noticed, worked on, done differently? Who have we helped or been helped by? What kind of thoughts, speech, and actions have predominated thus far? Think about who you are within, the character you want to live IN! You have a role but you ought not live playing one. Your life is yours and authenticity is crucial! Make progress where you desire, be patient in that, and be honest...always. #challenge FRIDAY Happy Friday, beautiful people! Good morning! This week really has come & gone hasn’t it? How do we feel? What have we noticed? Who would be worth recognizing from this week? Today, let’s think... let’s allow the things and people that have made this week, this month, the past year(s) so so sweet and good and special, to bubble over in our hearts and minds. Let’s choose to feel good about what’s actually good instead of pretending it’s nonexistent because of our misfortune or mistakes. Enjoy your day! Really enjoy it. Enjoy your weekend.
