Good morning, friends. Monday again, but it’s anything but the same... I hope the weekend was good to you and for you, and that today you rise rested and with peace. I hope today is full of as many or as few steps as you desire to take toward your own betterment, growth, and understanding. I hope today you choose to practice the virtues and values you always talk about or envision yourself having. This is what today is for... don’t let it pass you by. #mondaysmatter #challenge TUESDAY Good morning, Time to begin today’s journey... deep breaths and begin. When’s the last tome to stopped to consider how exactly to start your day? With words, thoughts, or actions? Likely action (phone checking perhaps).... use today starting now (maybe the rest of the week) to choose a unique way to start your day, a relaxing or restorative way, a way that benefits you. Don’t like how you’ve already started? “Start over”... deep breaths and begin. #challenge WEDNESDAY Good morning, friends! Today (as always) is about acknowledging our own needs as well as those of others. Today is about the “we”. So here is today’s challenge & reminder. Check in with your loved ones, with your colleagues, and of course yourself! We have all been affected in many ways some similar some unique (frinancially, physically, mentally, emotionally). Today is for practicing the greatest good, being human. #challenge ———————————————————-- Regardless of what the numbers are where you live... just a friendly reminder to stay SAFE and EDUCATED. Protective equipment has steadily increased for us as students due to the increasing risks of exposure. Remember: •hygiene •masks •distance when/how able •learn all you can about coronavirus for your own sake •hearsay is hearsay •symptoms vary from ZERO-many •self quarantine is still a safe and considerate option if you are suspicious of your status (2 wks) •science is a process, what is true about coronavirus/covid disease will be evolving over time so find sources you can trust •Continue to exercise GRACE.CAUTION.KINDNESS. THURSDAY Good morning, Not sure how Thursday got here so fast, but here we are! Take notice of today’s opportunities, energy, your responses to both the small and large happenings... Be aware of your contribution to the day you’re having... you have more influence than you realize. What is it you’d like today to be? Different than? The same as? In what’s ways?
