Make your mark. Live in authenticity. Be a vessel of goodness, kindness, understanding.
It makes a difference, even if you don’t get to see how, when, where, or who for.

Hi hi! Good morning!

I know it’s “only Tuesday” but let this remind you not worry yourself about accomplishing too little.... Today, each day even, it’s important to try your best to do all you can, not to punish yourself for what you could not do. The pace pales in comparison to just taking steps at all.
Just keep moving. You’re bound to get somewhere you weren’t before

Oomph! Wednesday is here!
Check point! How are we doing? How are we feeling? What are we working on? What do we need more of? What could we change? Who can we be there for?
Pause here... even if just for a minute, friends. 
Are we taking care of ourselves? If not what can be done today to do that a little better?... Are we projecting negativity? If so how might we practice love, understanding, intentional listening, peace a little more today? What would that look like for you?
If you’re not in the best spirits take care of you today. If you’re feeling lifted then carry that out, share that, and be a part of someone else’s restoration today.
No time like the present, right?...

Good morning, all!
Sometimes a step away [or for me literally outside] can be what we need to give our minds the chance to wake up fully.
We are often going, going, going, never really giving our most utilized parts of the brain a break and often under utilizing some. A break, a breath, can be just the kind of restorative moment you need. Let the cold air or water hit your face, change scenery, or tasks even and then come back to whatever it is you’re working on.
Blocks, ruts, whatever it may be.... it’ll pass. You got this!

Happy Friday, friends! Good morning! Hope you’re all well!
At week’s end [also a month’s beginning] & there’s still plenty to do, plenty to consider, plenty to be grateful for.... There is just plenty.
So why let today go by without making the most of and/or recognizing the most of???
To pause and appreciate is a habit, a character, something done whilst living... Life truly being lived is dynamic and never really stops so how does one “stop and smell the flowers” then? Well, we take a moment or two to stop the mind from racing & wandering, to let the heart and hands rest, to actually focus in such a way you might not have thought you were “focused”. We associate focus with the business and ever moving but it is stillness.
So whether you give yourself just a moment to be still or several, it is worth it to do so.
Enjoy your day, friends! Enjoy your weekend and all of people you have the fortune of sharing it with. Take care.
