Good morning! Here we are, friends! Let’s kick the week off right. Think about today. Just today for now... What could you do with it? What do you want out of it? What’s one thing you could practice doing or being more consistently? Let’s not waste our opportunities to be better or make good on those next steps toward our goals! Today isn’t here for nothing & neither are you! #mondaymatters #challenge TUESDAY Good morning! Let’s just start there. “Good morning” two words to be said and to be heard that can put a little pep in your step, change the air wherever you are even if it’s just slightly. Let’s start there. Start with yourself at home, claim it and enforce it! You deserve it as much as anyone else and you can have it. You just have to share it. Good things are not meant to be harbored or hidden. Carry them with the intention to deliver! #challenge WEDNESDAY Good morning!! It’s Wednesday/Hump day!! Time to pause, intentionally pause and reassess & recharge. Today is for that one little (or big) gesture that anda es & encourages a little more humanity. Today is for compassion, understanding, peace, forgiving, rest, love, service, listening, speaking, learning, intervening if and when able! And if you’re here, you’re able. #challenge THURSDAY Good morning! “Better to illuminate than to merely shine to deliver contemplated truths than to merely contemplate” -Thomas Aquinas Sometimes we allow ourselves to believe we don’t have anything to contemplate despite how quick we are to speak and how much we can say when no one has asked us anything... What if every truth you shared was deeply thought about first rather than just after? What if we looked at our lives and attempted to think deeply on those things we believe to be small/insignificant? We all have plenty to share which means we should also have plenty to think about. Let’s consider the order in which we do these things today. #challenge FRIDAY Happy Friday, friends! & Good morning! For once I can say this week has actually dragged, but much good came out of it! How has your week been? How are you today? Think about these things... inquire this about yourself and those around. These are difference making questions a lot of the time, and probably especially on the days we neglect to ask. So let’s ask. Let’s steward our time, our thoughts, speech and actions well today. Enjoy your day, your weekend, and the lovely people with whom you have the privilege of sharing any little bit of it with. Take care. #TGIF+ #challenge
