Here we are at the starting line. What it’s going to take to put our best foot forward today? What’s that going to look like for you, where you are, in your sphere? What negativities are you prepared to combat, to overcome? What good have you made up your mind to exhibit? Today needs you. It needs the good... all the good you can muster. It needs stewards and advocates of compassion, kindness, truth, and resilience. It needs better. But then again so do we. So why not be a part of that. #mondaysmatter #challenge Hello hello! Virtue of the week is patience! Oh it can be so difficult but there is so strength and power in it! There’s also a sweetness added to so many things, most if not all the things that come to you when you live patiently. We need it both for ourselves and others. We need it today, midweek, as we take on the many moments that will form our collective Wednesday experience. As we check in with ourselves and with one another, we need it. Practice rarely makes perfect, but it can make patience. #challenge Good morning! Hello hello! I hope this week is treating you well! It’s not slowing down that’s for sure, so I hope you’re staying up with it! I think I mentioned a while back I’ve been doing this small intentional relaxation exercises, for studying, for tests, for life’s frustrating moments (usually pet related)... and I was like a day in and felt really good. Well it’s been some months now and it still serves me well. Just wanted to revisit the idea of incorporating a brief yet purposed mantra/breathing exercise into your day, your life. Something you can feel free to do anywhere at any moment when you’re tense or anxious. *see images below for a list of exercises you can choose from. Hopefully something beneficial will stick! You are still good. Keep putting your best into this time you have & you will get the best/most out of it. Don’t be afraid to take a moment to breathe & remind yourself of who you are, what you’re capable, why you’re on the journey, and all the things/people you are grateful for.
