Monday is here and in desperate need of you!
Rise and give yourself the time you need to get into that mindset, that spirit, that walk and talk of who you are and the unique vibes you bring to the places you go.
Then go! Go and work on that latest pursuit, finish that task, greet people, be kind, have fun, go practice, teach or learn, whatever it is today’s agenda holds... go and do and be present for this day as only you could. Because no one else can or will.
I hope you’re well! We are in the very last week of the month, friends! Let’s make the most of this time!
What are your goals for the week? for today? One thing you could be working on even if it’s first steps or one thing you could continue to practice so it’s eventually habit?
What’s one thing you’ve already accomplished? one thing you already do well?
For every work in progress be sure to acknowledge a triumph (big or small). We are all still growing, changing, learning... but there are things we have overcome or points reached that we at times forget to give ourselves credit for. It’s important to remember our own strength and capability in seasons of change, difficulty, or testing.
It’s midweek, friends. Time for that intentional and very significant pause... whether you do it first thing in the morning, before you walk into work, on your lunch, whenever!
We like to think we’re too busy to stop and acknowledge our own needs or that of others... but today that excuse holds no water. Today is for caring enough to say “this is what I need to be well”.... or “what I can I do to help?”.... It’s about something as simple as saying “Good morning” on purpose or offering someone an affirmation because you can.
Whether there is an abundance of peace or a plethora of chaos where you are, we can all always use a little more good.

Pressing forward as we finish out the month! I hope you’ve been able to take advantage any and all opportunities to LEARN more , LOVE better , and LIVE well.
Black history month isn’t over yet (even if it was we could afford to continue educating ourselves). Valentine’s Day is about more than just a day. Health relationships ought to be something we all strive for and learn more about on more than one week in the year. Yea there’s a lot to unpack in the shortest month of year and this isn’t even all of it.
Don’t let today go to waste. I know the weekend’s coming and with it another incredible month.. but give today your attention and the fullness of your efforts and energy.
