Hello hello! Good morning! No matter what you have going on today, use those first moments or as soon as you have a chance to secure your peace of mind & spirit. Seek out and act on opportunities to hype yourself up and dwell on good thoughts, memories, people, whatever it may be. Be well, friends. Nourish yourself inside and out. Then give today it’s daily dose of you. It’s needed. #mondaysmatter #challenge TUESDAY Good morning! I want to encourage you today to compare & contrast who you were/behaviors/mindset/etc during one of your best/fondest times in life, a time you felt so high up and on top.... compare & contests who you were with one of your most difficult experiences/points in life. I know it may sound tedious, and you might be quick to think you don’t have the kind of time to really get into that sort of self assessment. But I urge you to make time... There’s something about it that gives us the chance (when done genuinely/honestly) to see, examine, and maybe even judge ourselves the way we tend to do others during good or bad times in their lives (even when we don’t know what kind of time their having). Do it with a loved one, a trusted person or do it alone on a piece of paper or aloud having through the details. However you can, you should go for it. #challenge WEDNESDAY Good morning!! It’s Wednesday, friends! Let’s allow love, kindness, peace, understanding to rule in our mind and spirit today. There’s not a single one of us that couldn’t benefit from more of these good things and then some. Let’s remember to be the kind of person we desire to be here and now to ourselves and others. #challenge THURSDAY Good morning! How’s your week been? How are you feeling? What’s on your mind? I know we get used to people asking reflexive questions that they don’t really care about the answers to. But these don’t have to be rhetorical or just thought points. If you need a sounding board, a different perspective, a friend.... you have one. But also remember to take time to self assess how you’re actually doing, your mental/physical/emotional state... We can easily dismiss ourselves when we aren’t feeling our best or dealing with hardship....and as great as friends are, it’s more important you learn/know how to identify how you’re truly doing so that you can be the one to seek what you need to be better/healthier/happier. So this exercise goes both ways... Ask yourself these questions and answer honestly... ask someone these questions genuinely and care enough to hear their answers. #challenge FRIDAY Good morning! Happy Friday! (Happy Valentines’s Day) In the spirit of love & healthy relationships, what’s one way you could love a little better today? Maybe it’s being slow to speak, maybe it’s listening more intently (to anyone), maybe it’s pausing to acknowledge something about someone you don’t usually or greeting them... It could be anything but I urge you to think about what you might already need/want to work on and practice it more intently today. Enjoy your day and weekend beautiful people!
