Good morning, friends!
Another week, another day is here! You are here to help mold, alter, contribute to the experience it yields.
Don’t sweat the details. Visualize the goal, the purpose. Assume the will, character, and spirit needed to progress, serve, & accomplish.
Today may be but one step in a long walk, but without you wouldn’t be moving in any direction.
Sometimes the weight & worries of the day makes it feel like it’s impossible to breathe. Each has sufficient worry, but we have a tendency to magnify it, pack on to it, and then wonder why we’re unable to move carrying such a load.
Your worries, concerns, feelings when they are less than positive are just as valid as your best day’s. Be mindful of how much you choose to bear in one day though. Make sure you can move & seek fresh air (fresh perspective) so that breathing and loving do not become collateral damage in times of hardship.
(I know easier said than done. But once in the mind, doing is sure to follow even if it takes practice, like most things.)

You are here & needed, greatly by those who know you and some who have yet to meet you.
Familiarity is not required to uplift, serve, be there for another person. All it takes is your presence & a willing heart.
Humanity both calls & waits.
The week is pressing on & what a shame it would be for today to transpire without you, your energy, your light.
Take a few deep breaths, visualize, and prepare your whole self for recognizing & receiving the good today. Whether it be done to you, to others, by you, by others.... recognize what’s right about today, what’s going well today. Address whatever wrongs may require attention but do not dwell or be consumed by them.
Both you & this day have what it takes to be good.
Happy Friday to you all. Friday, is/will be unique & purposeful. My hope for you, id that you are able to acknowledge what it is that’s different about today, that’s different about your experience today.
You don’t have to sweat the details but it’s alright to appreciate them. Today is yours. Yours to operate within whatever limits you place on yourself. Yours to break whatever moods/habits you desire to. Yours to brainstorm & construct new ways to do more, to do good things better, to be better, to be more. Yours to use your hindsight & practice forethought.
Enjoy your day, your weekend (*congrats to all the December grads near & far!!!), and enjoy all of those with whom you are fortunate enough to share it with. Take care, friends.
