I hope the weekend was kind to you. It’s time to hit the ground running. Take a deep breath, think about what you want, what you have that you’re thankful for and what today’s motivation is.

Today looks different for each of us, but we all have the opportunity to make the most of the ride that is the day, be it wild or smooth. We each have the opportunity to reflect and find the moments that impacted of us, the people that helped or inspired us, the lessons, the laughs, the mistakes, the improvements... it’s all significant if you choose to see it as such.

Tonight.... think about today, what it was, what it meant, what happened, what you brought to it, what you might do differently... just for a bit. Don’t dwell. Don’t harp on it. Breathe in and breathe out. Find peace in all that was today, and then rest.

Good morning!

Yesterday turned out to be a really beautiful today due to a lot of little happenings (and a lot of God). It’s really interesting how set attached we can get to our own predictions of how the day or week might go...

but there is so much freedom in setting your mind and spirit to receive what comes and settting your gaze for any and all good in what comes. You will find what you are looking for when you do. And I know some days are hard, this isn’t meant to ignore the ups and downs of life. I do, however, believe that this practice can help the downs seem less large and loomomg though.

Give it a shot today.

There will always be plenty going on affecting each of us in some similar ways perhaps but many different ways. It is important to acknowledge one another and genuinely offer and extend ourselves when able.
