Helloooooo! Good morning! Monday again, but today anew.... hope the weekend was good to you, friends! It’s that time, starting line vibes. Rise and turn on the will, energy, and drive to go make today worth mentioning tomorrow. Go make today into the kind of day you want, help mold it, help change it. You have the power, the spirit, the talents. You’re needed out here today. Believe that. #mondaysmatter #challenge TUESDAY Good morning! Your Tuesday has arrived & it is waiting for you. Yesterday I went to observe a class of which the lesson was about the power of words, and exchanging negative labels for positive ones. It was short and sweet and a real privilege to hear people share the labels that have been put on them by others and the ones they wish to live up to. And positive self talk is something that will never get old. I don’t know when the last time I challenged it but seems fitting to do so today. So sit up or get up, find a mirror if you want, and pump out either 3-5 good words you feel describe you or statements about. Only rule is that you MUST believe them. If you start to doubt it, examine your actions (cause we want to live up to these good things) and then say them again. As many times as you need or want. #challenge WEDNESDAY Eep Wednesday is here! Good morning, friends! How are we doing? What do we need? Who haven’t we reached out to or checked in with? How can you be just a teeny bit (or a lot) more human today? What’s something we could do a little more or little differently to enhance the presence of compassion, peace, and knowledge between one another? Let’s use today to figure that out, to try that out. #challenge THURSDAY Good morning! Thoughts for Thursday: What are our most common hang ups? What do we allow to trip is up, affect our mood/day/actions? It’s usually trivial right? Well how we can respond better? How might you get to a place where such things don’t have that kind of power? or in some cases where such people don’t have that kind of power of you, your attitude, your day, etc? Training. Practice. Perspective. Acknowledgement. Train yourself in a more favorable response. Practice that with little annoyances or stressors or “hiccups” in your day. Seek (slowly most likely) perspective on what’s actually bothering and why. Acknowledge that truth and the good things occurring around you/for you/to you that render these things insignificant. #challenge FRIDAY Good morning! Happy Friday! It has been... a week... my goodness, haha. But guess what?! We here! We made it! So let’s not waste it! Today is a day for exhaling, for peace, for remembering, for hoping, for gratitude, for joy.... Today is yours to use and influence however you see fit. Today is for restoring your spirit, energy, and mindfulness. Today is for pausing & persevering. Enjoy today. Enjoy the weekend. Enjoy the sweet folks you get to spend it with.
