Good morning, Monday! & good morning to you all! Here we are at the front end of a new day and week. Let’s put our game faces on for the work to be done. Let’s open our hearts & minds for the interactions that await. Let’s be ready to be our best since we can’t possibly prepare for the unknown and unexpected happenings of today. Let’s make today count. #mondaysmatter #challenge Hello hello! Good ‘ol Tuesday.... Good morning, all! How are you? Hope as you stir & begin to let your mind fill with all the “to dos” you’re able to pause, give yourself a minute or 5 to breathe. Let each inhale carry a positive thought about today or an affirmation for you. With each exhale, release any concrete expectations, negative thoughts of self or others... Peace is yours today. You have to want to hold on to it. #challenge WEDNESDAY Good morning! We are at our Wednesday! Time to wake up & wrap up in as much love & understanding as you can muster from within and without! You know you need it just as much as the next person. And yes we want to be thinking of the next person. What can you do for the next person you speak to or encounter today? How can we sweeten this day? How can we lift someone up? Let’s start by acknowledging one another! How fortunate to be able to live out this day in the presence of others. So say good morning! Ask how are you! Offer to help when & where you can! Seize each & every opportunity to be human! #challenge THURSDAY Hello! Good morning!! Using an oldie but a goodie! Someone (+me) needs to see this today! Okay don’t be mad.. I slept in (needed “Remember whatever goals you’ve set out for yourself, you’re worth pursuing and accomplishing. You are needed for things beyond your knowledge. You are loved beyond your comprehension. Live with courage, speak with purpose, and find another human/humans to take an interest in.” #challenge FRIDAY Alright alright alright! Happy Friday! Good morning! How are we feeling? What are we thinking? This has been ________________________?? I know it would be all too easy for some of us to write a novel on all the the things gone wrong, misfortunes, inconveniences, and things we “can’t” do well or right... but that is not what your day is for. That is not what your time is for. That is not what your life is for. So whether you right it down or say it out loud to yourself... acknowledge: [at least] one thing your grateful for, one thing you’re great at, one thing that was good about this day, three things you like about yourself, and one thing you learned this week.
