Good morning, good people! Let’s use today to sift through the obstacles, through the negativity, through the doubt and extract the best parts about ourselves, others, and this day. There are plenty of treasures to be found in this time we’ve been given. So don’t make the mistake of not seeking them out, working for them, and sharing them. #mondaysmatter #challenge TUESDAY *I honestly don't know what happened here but Tuesday is no where to be found, smh... blame school #challenge WEDNESDAY Good morning! Each day through various programs, interactions, and activities, I’m reminded just sweet it is to stand for something important, to be loved and support (and love/support others), to practice compassion, to keep learning about the things we don’t know or understand.... Midweek, is my favorite time to emphasize how significant our time and presence are here with one another, how much good we can do and be to one another. There’s a lot that may deter you, paralyze you, or give you reason to pause before taking a chance on people, but I’ve found the good is often worth the risk, as is the person. #challenge THURSDAY Hello hello! Good morning! There will be days that are less than our best, moments of misfortune, hurdles of hardship, etc. Regardless of whether today soars or flies a little low, your efforts and intentions are what matter. You are not defined by bad days or even by mistakes, but the mind, heart, and spirit employed in the midst of them/moving on from them. #challenge FRIDAY Good morning! Happy Friday, friends! It is a very busy morning, and there’s a lot plenty to be thought about, said, and done. For now... I want to emphasize endurance. There are very few things or people that we come to appreciate by being hasty. Not nine, but few. For most of what we have, value, and are truly grateful for it has taken a long race... or is taking a long race, one with many obstacles. Never doubt your own strength and ability to be heard, seen, and effect change. Enjoy your day! Find some time to reflect and think forward. Enjoy your weekend and the people you are fortunate enough to share it with. Take care. #TGIF+ #challenge
