Having been recently inspired and motivated by some brilliant people, I can’t help but hope you’re seeking out ways to stay encouraged and driven as well. Yes inspiration at times finds us, seeks us out but don’t ever be too lazy to go after it! Especially if you find yourself in great need of it! If you’re having a say, a week, a year go after the support and motivation you need. It’s always out there.
Continuing the week with a fresh opportunity to practice being better humans.
Take a a moment and extend yourself to someone today. Take a moment and receive/appreciate those who extend themselves to you whether it be a kind stranger or loved one.

This morning I just had one thought that kept circling back to the front of my mind. I was thinking about my childhood, good and bad times in grade school, some of my favorite people life has led me to and just how much love there is out there, despite how easy it is for the negative and awful to cloud and conquer our sight.
I just want to say to you or write to you I guess... that you’re beautiful, worthy, and loved. These things are and will be true no matter how many times you are told explicitly, how many ups and downs life delivers, no matter how bad the day is.

Remember through the best and worst days why your thankful to be where you are, have what you have, and know who you know.
