I hope you’re well. Today is happening, and you are here for it.
Rise, take a deep breath, say out loud one thing you’re thankful for, one goal for the day, one goal for the week, and one person you want to reach out to... then take a breath, and start shining.
We need as much light within our homes as we did/do outside them. Keep being a vessel for love, peace, compassion, positivity, and good deeds.
Hello, friends! Good morning!
Today I’m going to share something I really needed to hear yesterday afternoon...
The day was winding down activity wise and I just let my thoughts get a little too full and sort of overwhelmed myself...
But like I had some dear friends remind me, I’d like to say you are okay.... your concerns, anxieties, fears (whatever you choose to call them) are valid but they don’t negate any of the good & true things about you... like your character, your capability. You are loved. & You will be okay.
Hope this helps or is at least as comforting to someone as it was to me yesterday.
Let’s keep being there to remind one another of these things.
Midweek already! Can’t tell if time is moving fast or slow these days... but it is moving.
How are you? How’s your family? How are your days going? What is something you’ve found that you really need? What is something you’ve found makes you feel better (physically, mentally or emotionally)?
You already know the drill, friends. Everyday is about us, being kind, acknowledging one another with love and understanding but if you can’t seem to make it happen then at the very least on today, Wednesday, halfway through the week... we can channel our best selves, our most human spirit, and check up on our fellow man/woman.
So, yes I want to know how you really are, and I hope you extend that same kindness to at least one person today.
The weather has been very all over the place here, but no matter the temperature, if the sun is out, I am happy! Planning on soaking up as much as possible while taking care of work here and there.
I hope you’re up and at it or at least resting well and peacefully.
Acknowledge your needs, do your best to take care of them/yourself... and you may just find you have some room to help fill a need for someone else.

Thinking of you and hoping you feel cared for and loved throughout your day.
I know there’s plenty of time to reflect each and every now but doesn’t mean we do. I like to think Fridays are really good for it. Taking a sort of meditative few minutes (or more) to sit/stand/walk and allow your brain just for these moments to dwell on the best memories, people, happenings, places, changes, etc of your life. Let your mind and heart breathe and be filled with nothing but thoughts that lift your spirits & release all the dopamine!
You deserve that, whether it’s a few minutes or periodically throughout the entire day or every day.
