Good morning! Happy Monday! Welcome to a new day, week & month! Here’s hoping for many blessings, much peace, more love, and the most effort this month. But right now, let’s just worry about today. Let’s concern ourselves with what we know & what we have, and that’s being right here right now. We may not have control over every part of this day but we do have control over our entire self & thus how we respond to the course of today. Be a part of what makes today good for you & others. #mondaysmatter #challenge TUESDAY Good morning all! Hope no one played to big a prank on any of you yesterday! Jokes aside, I hope today is good to you and for you. I know we can all get swept up in our busy schedules so easily we forget about others or even ourselves... but let’s be mindful of our own habits in April. Let’s combat the things we’d like to stop doing one day at a time. Let’s reinforce the sort of habits/behavior we want to practice and want to see from others one day at a time. Today’s just as good a day as any to try, right? #challenge WEDNESDAY Hi, hello! Good morning, friends! April off to a very quick start, this week is running away from us! Wednesday already!? But what a day to be and to have! I’ll keep it short this morning! I was watching (&studying) some pretty inspiring female stand up comedy yesterday and it just added some much needed fuel to my fire. With that in mind, please please please keep shining, keep grinding, keep believing, and keep loving yourself & others. We never know when we’re truly reaching someone else or where they are in life when we reach them. We also are often in denial of the times we need some loving and uplifting and it’s usually when we need it the most, so stay open today. #challenge THURSDAY Good morning all! Today is coming for you! Stay sharp, stay kind, stay willing. 🤞🏾You all got a good night’s rest! If not I know the feeling, take some time to look into that and what you can do to improve your sleep quality/amount! It’s such a huge factor in our activity, productivity, attitude, and overall health! Don’t neglect it! PSA complete. Other than that, being your best is easier some days than others. If today isn’t easy, then strive for it, work for it! Dig deep for positivity and understanding for others and where you are as well. We are hardest in ourselves in actual treatment. Push/persevere, yes. Abuse, no. Be good to yourself & you’ll find it easier (emphasis on -er) to be good to others. #challenge FRIDAY Hello hello! Happy Friday! Good morning! I hope you have a great day, truly. I hope you know that you are loved and appreciated and seen. I hope that whatever you are striving for, wherever you want to be and whoever you want to be, that you have/find people that will support and assist you in your pursuits (even if it’s just one). For your sake and the sake of others known and unknown, I hope you see yourself for all you truly are and never cease to believe in your abilities or your dreams. You don’t have to put people on notice right now. They will in their own time. You just keep notice of where and who your gratitude is owed. #TGIF+ #challenge
